What condition does my car need to be in?

Can you collect a car that doesn’t run?
Yes. Select “Doesn’t run” on the form and we’ll arrange collection with a recovery vehicle.
What documents do I need?
Usually proof of identity and the V5C logbook if you have it. We’ll confirm exactly what’s needed when we speak to you.
